Demo privacy notice

This notice describes the Auralivra demonstration, not a live clinic service. Harbour Family Clinic and its practitioners are fictional. Please use invented patient details.

What information is processed?

If you use your microphone, your browser sends short audio turns to the demo server for transcription. The demonstration processes the resulting text, your typed replies, and any name, DOB, callback number and appointment preferences you provide. Do not supply real patient details, health concerns or other sensitive information.

What happens to the audio?

Speech recognition and spoken replies run using self-hosted models on the demo server. Microphone audio is decoded in memory and is not retained as a recording. This application does not send the conversation to an external speech or generative-AI API, and does not train models using your conversation.

Temporary hosted-demo workspaces

On the hosted demonstration, an essential browser cookie identifies your separate test workspace. Its settings, conversation text and test bookings are held temporarily in server memory. They expire after two hours without interaction and are cleared by a periodic cleanup check, or when the server restarts. Other visitors cannot access your workspace through their own sessions. Starting a new conversation removes the replaced transcript, but existing test bookings stay in your temporary workspace until it expires.

Organisation document knowledge

Knowledge Studio accepts fictional or public-information documents. The server extracts text and may use local OCR for scanned pages. Original uploaded files are discarded after extraction. Extracted text, organisation labels, document revisions, published passages and search vectors are stored in the demo workspace. In local development they persist in the local SQLite database; in hosted mode they expire with the temporary workspace. A private local model selects evidence for answers; this application sends no documents to an external paid AI service and does not train a model on uploads. Questions and answers appear in the browser; do not upload personal, patient or confidential organisational information. Disabling a document stops it supplying new answers, while deletion removes its application records and index. This is not a promise of secure forensic erasure or deletion from operator backups.

Optional accounts and saved workspaces

If you create a free account, we store your account email, name, business label, a salted password hash, hashed recovery code and hashed login-session tokens on this server. Email verification and email delivery are not connected. Save your recovery code; it can reset your password and revoke existing sessions.

Account workspaces are separate from the anonymous public demo. Your saved settings, test calendar, organisation document text and search vectors persist across sign-ins and restarts. Original uploaded files are discarded after extraction. Conversation transcripts remain temporary. Use fictional business/customer details and public documents in the pilot. Account identity information is used for sign-in, not as knowledge for answers.

Plans and payment requests

Plan selections and top-up requests are stored in your account. Checkout and live telephone service are not connected in this deployment. Pending purchase requests do not charge you or grant call minutes. We do not collect card details in our forms. A payment processor will have its own notice before payments are enabled.

Price display

All advertised prices are in USD. We do not request location data or perform currency lookups for price display.

Local development version

The local development version is different: its confirmed test bookings are saved in a local SQLite file and remain until the developer removes them. Its conversations stay in memory and expire after inactivity. The public hosted package does not copy that local database or local recordings.

Cookies and technical information

The hosted demo uses one HTTP-only, same-site cookie for your temporary workspace. It is not an advertising identifier. The application includes no analytics or advertising scripts. The server processes network information such as your IP address for short-term usage limits. Hosting infrastructure may maintain security or operational logs under the operator's configured retention settings.

Hosting location and access

The operator chooses the hosting provider and server location. Preparing this package does not establish Australian data residency. The operator must confirm the actual hosting location, infrastructure providers, support access and log retention before publishing a demo. A real clinic pilot requires its own patient collection notice, access controls, approved integration and applicable privacy review.

Your choices

You can use text without granting microphone access, end a voice conversation to release the microphone, and start a new conversation to remove the replaced transcript. Closing the tab stops that page's microphone use; the temporary workspace expires later. Contact the operator to ask about access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern. Do not provide additional sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
