Auralivra currently demonstrates a guided receptionist workflow. It is not a live clinic receptionist, clinical triage service or emergency service.

Fictional information only

Use invented names, dates of birth and phone numbers. Do not enter real patient information, clinical notes, health concerns, payment details or confidential business records. The fictional-only notice is a demonstration safeguard, not a consent process for real healthcare use.

Test appointments

Appointments are created only in a test calendar. They do not reserve a place at any real clinic. Harbour Family Clinic and the named practitioners are fictional. No SMS, email, phone call or real reception transfer is sent by this demo.

What the assistant can do

The demonstration supports the available guided clinic tasks. Speech recognition and date interpretation can make mistakes. Read back and confirm details, and use typing where necessary. The current version does not offer unrestricted LLM conversation or production practice-management integration.

Organisation knowledge demonstration

Knowledge Studio is a reusable document-information demonstration for different organisation types. You must have permission to upload a document and must review its extracted text before publishing. It uses local semantic search and a local model to select supporting quotes. Page or section references help you verify an answer, but do not establish that it is relevant, current or complete. The system may miss an answer or select an unsuitable passage. It does not provide clinical, legal or other professional advice, change appointment availability or authorise actions. Draft changes do not replace published information until explicitly published. The anonymous demo uses temporary visitor workspaces. Optional accounts keep saved workspaces separate, but this pilot does not provide staff teams, delegated roles, or production healthcare integrations.

Availability and use

The operator may limit usage or reset temporary workspaces to keep the demo available. Do not use the demo to submit other people's information, disrupt the service or attempt to access another visitor's workspace. Do not rely on it for medical decisions or important appointments.

Real clinic pilots

A real pilot needs separate clinic agreements, access controls, data-handling procedures and supported calendar integration. These demonstration pages do not replace those arrangements or legal review.

Free accounts and browser trial

Creating an account is free. Browser microphone conversations normally last up to 15 minutes, or 10 minutes during busy periods. The timer starts only after the microphone connects, stops when the conversation ends, and resets when you start again. Waiting on the page or returning later does not consume this time. You can start another conversation without creating an account when a voice space is available. Existing conversation allowances are not shortened when more visitors arrive. Use a recovery code for password recovery; email reset links are not available. Keep your login and recovery code private.

Advertised prepaid plans

Starter is US$500 per 30-day period with 300 included incoming AI minutes plus 50 bonus minutes. Business is US$850 per 30-day period with 1,000 included incoming AI minutes. Extra minutes are US$0.30 each, sold upfront in packs starting at 50 minutes. Plans do not renew automatically. Included allowances reset each paid period; prepaid extras carry forward for use with an active plan. All prices and the planned checkout currency are USD. Taxes, telephone activation, service terms and any refund policy must be confirmed before payments are enabled.

Checkout and live telephone service are not connected in this pilot. Saving a plan request is not a purchase, payment, active subscription, phone connection or grant of call minutes. Free browser testing does not spend paid phone minutes. There are no automatic overage purchases.
