A few useful answers
What happens if the demo is busy?
New voice conversations normally get 15 minutes, or 10 minutes during busy periods. If all voice spaces are occupied, we will ask you to try again shortly. You can still explore the text demo. Your timer starts only after your microphone connects.
Can I keep my current Australian number?
Once telephone connection is available, supported carrier forwarding or porting can connect an existing number. The current demo runs in your browser and does not make or receive telephone calls.
Do I need an account or an AI API key?
You can try the browser conversation and public Knowledge Studio without an account. An account saves your own workspace. No GPT, Gemini, or other cloud AI key is needed.
What happens when paid minutes run out?
The planned phone service uses prepaid minutes. You choose and pay for more before using them. There are no automatic overage purchases. Paid phone service is not active in this pilot.
